Establishing a Business as a dietitian

I have been thinking about establishing a private practice for quite a while. It wasn't until I was approached by two other dietitians who had similar thoughts that the idea really started to take shape. We had the talent and the desire, and are learning the mechanism of all of it.
Making a business work when all 3 partners are employed elsewhere is somewhat of a challenge. Days are sometimes long and it seems like I don't know what free time is anymore, but none the less,  Mid Ohio Nutrition Specialists are making some interesting decisions.
First order of business for me was to establish a DSME program so that we could reach individuals in smaller towns in Ohio. After much work that was accomplished in January of this year.  I thought we could just roll out programming in February, but found out that there needed to be a little more "lead time" when it comes to advertising a new program. With the help of Staples, professional looking posters were designed and placed in appropriate locations. Enough for today, I will try to "journal" more later.
